Radio Silent

Radio Silence – In telecommunications, radio silence is a status in which all fixed or mobile radio stations in an area are asked to stop transmitting for safety or security reasons.

Radio Silence is whats happens when organizations don’t have a communication and response strategy. Every organization needs to know how it shares good and bad news, and responds to the feedback from those announcements. When an organization goes Radio Silent they allow others to tell their story.

Most organizations don’t face national scrutiny with every decision they make but every brand needs to think about possible offenses when writing their communication and response strategies. Things will happen that need to be responded to and not every offense is responded to with a full court press. Always have a communication strategy for your organization. A communication strategy that can be mobilized quickly.

Don’t let your organization go Radio Silent and don’t let others tell your story.
